Citimarine Services app for iPhone and iPad

Citimarine App provides our customers remote access to his/her boat’s status, vessel’s documents and information, and the ability to request services from the convenience of a smart phone or tablet. Citimarine App will make our customers feel confident and stress-free knowing that his/her boat is taken care off, even from the other side of the world!

-The user can find useful information with this app regarding the vessel’s engines serial number and model, current fuel level, oil levels, etc.

-Through the App, the user can request to fill the boat’s fuel tank remotely from our high-volume fuel trucks guaranteeing the best market price. With a simple finger swipe you can choose how much fuel you would like to add, and we will take care of the rest.

-By signing to our monthly service, you will get very user friendly reports every 15 days. This reports include a thorough inspection of the boat with pictures if needed, from light bulbs check, to bilge pumps checks, to let you know that everything is working and what needs attention on your boat.
Also, by signing on to our monthly service package your boat will be washed and detailed once a week or more upon request.

-You can request any service you like, wether it is to fix a light bulb or a more technical issue. We have a qualified team of technicians and mechanics at your disposition.

-You will also be able to ask any questions or concerns you may have regarding your boat. On repairs, inspections reports, or how the weather will be during the weekend through the app, we will be happy to assist you!
